Nature of our services
We act as an independent freight-forwarding and logistics coordination company. We do not own ships, containers, trucks or ports, and transportation, customs and insurance services are performed by third-party providers under their own terms.
Quotations
Information submitted through the quote request form is an enquiry, not a booking. Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing and are subject to carrier availability, space, schedules, surcharges and the accuracy of the cargo details provided.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of cargo descriptions, weights, volumes, documentation and compliance with export and import requirements.
